Thinking more of never say die attitude. Jones last minute winner 2-1 at Stevenage. Copps last minute winner at Brentford 1-0. Paul Quinn last minute winner v QPR 2-1.

Love the way his teams set up and will end up in a decent job soon enough. Would need to be in a higher division than L2 to attract him though.
