Title: Football League 2016-17 key dates

Fixtures out on Wednesday 22nd June. Season starts on Saturday 6th August.

If we stay up our season will finish a week earlier than the Championship and L2. That is because the L1 play off final has been brought forward a week due to the FA Cup final being on 27th May.

For selfish reasons I hope we are away on opening day (which happens to be my birthday) as I'm in Zante until the 10th August
