Title: Question for the mortgage experts

We had a ghost that frequented our house so we got a local priest in to exorcise it. Everything was great for a couple of months but now it has returned.  Does this mean I can stop paying the mortgage but continue to live in it  because, after all, my house has been re-possessed through no fault of my own?
