Bloody fantastic! I wet myself laughing at one crack in this current edition. But it's not just funny - it's got intelligence, observation and some morality too. Well done to everyone involved. Fantastic!

There is a paperless option available ss.

Very True and well done from me... Not just success on the pitch this time around but also with the Fanzine and also in less happier times when the fans of this club pulled together for the memory of Derek John Blackham and family,  The Club, The VSC and the Fans should all be proud of what is currently happening and stop  nit picking  or knit picking (if you can actually knit.)  JUST ENJOY THE RIDE

Thanks folks for the kind words above... currently suffering a combination of hangover and shock. Thought we had a good shout, but didn't expect to win - I'd say we were definitely the most surprised of the evening's winners. No idea what I said in my acceptance speech, but did manage a token Leeds jibe.

Big thanks and plaudits are due to everyone who's written for us, or helped sell this year.... and indeed any year. The congratulations on here, twitter and Facebook from our readers and from other fanzines has been overwhelmingly nice.

Well done well worth it. It's my little bit of doncaster out here in Germany. I love it. My missus dad is a fan as well even as a Dortmund fan. He's after it everytime he sees it. He took me to Dortmund vs Bayern a couple of weeks ago, I'm trying to get him over for a game before the end of the season,  show him what real football is! Well done glen

He must be good with the English language or do you explain some of the more subtle observations.
I think that the humour is usually spot on.

He's pretty good, lots of English over here since ww2. Occasionally I have to explain abut but he loves it!

I, looking back on it, quite weirdly jumped to my feet and shouted YES! when the name Popular Stand was announced. In much the same way I do when a goal is scored. Only difference is that I was probably the only one doing it and took everybody who was sat at my table by complete surprise!!

But it was a good night topped off by Glen and his pals being quite rightly recognised for the work they do.
