The keeper can move as much as he wants along the goal line.
He just isn't allowed to come forward off it.

Their keeper was in the eyeline of Longbottom as he took it though.
It might not have made a difference but a funny place to be moving.

I don't doubt that their keeper was in the penalty area when we were taking our penalty.
He has to be doesn't he, on the goal line.
