Seems a very odd decision.  I notice that Brum have recently shuffled their board and brought in 3 directors from Hong Kong - what's the betting we see the football league's first Chinese manager* being brought in?

*Since Sammy Chung, if you're counting him.

woooy,zola or big Sam are all been touted...I'm astonished though,like Gaz says Rowett is a very talented manager who on no money has got them up at the top of the championship..Young managers must wonder why they bother...I hope for the sake of the game,they fall flat on there arses...

Sometimes it seems these people want to go for a name rather than someone who can manage things well. I hope they learn their lesson the hard way!
