For home games I generally buy tickets at the ticket office on match day. I'm a little worried that the queue on Saturday might be bigger than usual, so I'm trying to order online via the club's website, but I can't remember my supporter Id. Based on this, does anyone know the format for this Id? I've tried lots of possible formats, but I'm now out of ideas. Obviously the backup is to ring the ticket office tomorrow, but I've got a hectic day at work tomorrow.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

ROVERS v GRIMSBY | 3 Days to go
There are only three days to go until our biggest game of the season so far and we don't want you to miss out.
Tickets are selling fast for the game and their will be no cash turnstiles on the day.
Adult tickets start from £17 (if you are a 2016/17 Member) or from £20 (if you are not a 2016/17 member).
We expect there to be long queues at the Box Office on the day and therefore recommend you purchase your ticket in advance by clicking http://tickets.clubdoncaster.co.uk or by calling in to the Box Office or calling 01302 762576. The box office is open late tomorrow (Thursday) until 7.00pm, so don't worry if you are at work during the day.
Lets all get behind the boys this is a game you can't afford to miss.
See you on Saturday.

Cheers Steve, but it requires my supporter id to buy the tickets.

I have forgot mine too and theres no way for it to be resent

Ring the ticket office is your only option.

If you've got any old tickets you've bought with your name on it will be on there. Mine is a 5 digit number but I believe it depends on how early you were entered onto the system as I've seen some people with 4 digit IDs.

Cheers Dave, my dad seems to think that we have a 4 digit number, which was somehow related to one of our old season tickets. I'll have a look around for an old season ticket book

Your season ticket book has this number on the first page which acts as your receipt.
