I don't think Hull will be very happy to be second when they have just become UK City of Culture. Wouldn't be my preferred place to live, but I've seen a lot worse.
Luton is third and having been there this season I can see why!

When we drew at Luton in the Championship a little asin looking lad was happily waving at our coaches after the game.
Maybe a few Mansfield and Brentford fans should ponder on where they live.

No way on this earth is Luton less of a shit hole than Hull.

Radio 5 said Luton was the most popular place to buy a home?! :aok:

It all depends on how they "judge" and what the criteria are used to determine the start in point
Scunny is bad in places but so are most places but overall it has many green spaces I suppose as a result of being 5 Towns rolled in to one (albeit) small Town
Personally I would not want to live there but it aint that bad.

Scunthorpe's a hovel, but I don't feel qualified to say it's amongst the worst because there are other shitholes that I haven't been to yet.
