Title: Seamus Coleman

Just been reading this about Seamus Coleman's injury from the view of Ashley Williams.

The bit that sticks out for me is this... 'I didn't really see the tackle. All I saw was the red card and my initial reaction was to go to the referee'. Which is a bit sad really and just confirms players will do anything to have a go at the ref even when they've not seen the incident!

I suppose if he asked the ref "why did you send him off?" It is fair enough, but I dare say he just went to have a moan.

The broken leg suffered by Seamus was a direct result of the referee not sending off Gareth Bale for the incident in the penalty box or for not second yellowing him for the high tackle.  It would not have happened if the referee had done his job. :chair:

Taylor didn't mean to break his leg, it was just unfortunate. When the ball is off the ground and two players go for it there's always the chance of a bad collision.
