does anyone know when the 5% discount ends for the first week is it from Monday to Sunday or is it just on working days? and if you are able to purchase with the money off online?

My mate renewed online and got his 5% discount.

Ends Sunday. Got mine this morning. £222 Senior in West Stand.

When I bought mine I was told that because my daughter hadn't had one before she wouldn't get 5% off her ticket.

I bought my son's online and got 5% off, he's never had one before. Mine was a renewal but I did think the 5% off in the first week was for everyone.

Seems there's a lack of consistency then, not that I'm too fussed for the sake of £1.50.

I got mine and two grandkids renewals yesterday with the 5% off then had to pay full price for a new adult with no discount. Not really bothered as still good deal but maybe could do with clarification if on line sales is knocking it off. Could be an on line error.
