The club ask that, if promotion to Sky Bet League One is secured, fans refrain from running on to the pitch so that the players can celebrate in unison with fans after the game. If supporters come on to the pitch, the players will not be able to return to the pitch to mark their achievement with fans.

Let's be honest, running on the pitch is more fun than watching the players walk around the pitch holding their kids.

Why not just Humour the Club.

I also hope on the last home game of the season, for once the come straight round the pitch instead of disappearing for 15 minutes. Im embarrassed by the time they finally come out and theres 500 people left.

The only exception is if Keegan scores!

Too right mate, the first time that happened i hung around and got bored.
There were hardly any fans left in the ground by the time the players came out again.
The second time they did it i just cleared off after the final whistle.
The lap of honour should take place straight after the game but if there is a pitch invasion i can understand why the players would go ff.

But it's so exciting, the planning, the running down the steps, the running on to some grass and then running around, and then running off again. I love running around on grass me, and if you don't you're not a proper fan!

You can bet your bottom dollar that 75% of those on the pitch will be on their first visit of the season to the KM and just famcy getting their mug in the Free Press
