In my eyes no. With the budget we've had, we failed
-
No.
-
If we finish above everyone else then yes. Otherwise, no.
-
If we win it, yes. If we don't, no. The best team wins the league and champions have many characteristics. If we overcome this setback we'll have shown we're the best team over 46 games physically, technically and mentally. I don't think it' over. Same as it wasn't when we went 6 points clear not so long ago, our run in was much harder than Plymouth's. Maybe getting promoted so early has been a hindrance.
-
For me it's over Grimsby are terrible they even lost to Barnet today who are one of the poorest sides I've seen
-
no
-
We will know in a week or so.
-
Based on our football and results over the last 4 games a definite NO. It is now Plymouths to lose.
-
Not on current form
COYR
-
Over the season, probably yes but not since promotion was confirmed.
-
no, and its such a shame. fell at the final few fences.
-
I'll let you know next week about 7.30
-
No
-
Whoever wins next week will be champions it's between three teams if we win and Plymouth lose or draw we will deserve to be Champions. If we fail next week and Plymouth or Portsmouth succeed then either will deserve to be Champions.

We haven't had the largest budget, so I don't get your point.
-
In recent performances no
-
No with the squad we have we should have it in bag by now.
-
NO NO NO. OVER the last 5/6 games results have been relegation never mind champions cant see Grimsby wanting to do us a favour or there fans
-
I don't think that Grimsby will want to do us a favour either but they are pro's and will want to win the game in front of their own fans.
Some players will be playing for their futures too.
-
They say (cliche alert) that the Table never lies SO .... at the moment we are the second best Team in the Division and if we finish top we will be / and deserve to be Champions
If we finish second or even third then don't sweat. There will be Team after Team sneering at us in our Division (and elsewhere) if we blow the Title but the vast majority of them are not going up as we are .... some like I suppose Rotherham will be coming down and errr Leeds will be going nowhere again
Football is a game of ups and downs - not the cruel real world of real life. We are up and I for one am happy even if we throw the Title

Not on recent form.
Today was rubbish. The only moment of quality was Coppinger's goal. The rest was dismal and if we play like that next season we'll be relegated.
The problems that still underlie this team were highlighted in their full glory today. Ferguson has to fix them in the close season or he'll be back under pressure early on next year.
Firstly, cohesion in defence. Secondly, a leader in midfield. Thirdly, pace in attack.
I'm sorry but I'm still not convinced by McCullough and certainly not in that role. He's returning to form after a long injury lay-of - I get that - but is it a coincidence that our downturn in form has accompanied his return to the team. He confuses the central defenders, he's slow to move the play forward, taking two or three touches when one's required, and he's not the playmaker that he sometimes tries to be. With his attitude, I want the lad to succeed, I really do, but I don't think that Ferguson has got anything like the best out of him or found his best position yet.
The character has gone from this side in the last few games, so to not take the title when others around us have showed greater cojones probably serves us right.

Current form, no. However come next week, who knows?

I really don't know what you are seeing!
Are you watching the same matches as me? McCulloch has been one of the few shining lights over the last few games. Can't believe he has been injured nearly all season.
No he is not in the team as a playmaker, his primary role is to break up play. The thing he is better at than anyone else in the team is he knows how to tackle properly. His distribution is precise, his job is to give it to the more creative players.
