Filo, i watched that programme.
I have to say that i have never seen a footballer as good as Best was.
He could do it all and was as brave as a lion.
No player since or before had the ability to dribble while running at the pace he did.
Such a shame that things turned out the way they did.

George fcuking best I call him.
Ok I can't take away that he was a class act on the pitch ,but off the pitch he was a fool to himself and I have no sympathy for him what so ever.
Was it two liver transplants that he had ,not happy with one chance as he needs two chances.
This event really turned me off him.
Pub I worked in downtown Oslo had made plans via his agent to fly across to said pub and speak one night ,infront of paying on the door quests > there are shit loads of man utd fans in Norway 45,000 last count.
Spoke to his agent the day before his flight and everything was set in place with no problems .pub paid his flight and hotel with appearance money and add ons.
His talk was set for 20:00 on a midweek night and pub started to get busy from 16:00 onwards and it was a lockout by 18:00.
This very young Norwegian kid turned up must have been 10 or 11 and was not allowed in the pub due to strict noggy control laws ,but he was able to sit outside and at least see George best when he walked in.
Kid was sat outside from 14:30 onwards
A car was sent to oslo airport to pick best up mr best .
During the day I kept on going out and checking on this kid as he was basically wetting himself about seeing best .gave the kid some coke and crisps from my tips x2 .
Best did not get on the flight to oslo as he was pissed up from the night before ,but another flight was due in so the pub did not break the news to the pub untill about 21:30 when best was not on the 2nd flight.
All the grown ups downstairs about 300 had a moan and went home ,I was the fcuker that had to break the news to this kid who was still sat outside in hope.
Dear me did he cry ,poor fcukers eyes just welled up slowly but surely as the hope of only getting to see best never mind hear him speak drained out of him .poor lad was a physical wreck .
That's what I hold against best for putting me on the spot with this poor kid.

It's just my personal view on George best ,I don't expect untold to be camped outside my house overnight waiting for me to step outside in the morning as I clean my pool and worship me ffs .
On another note bobby charlton can go and jump under a bus after all his complimentary facup final
Tickets back in the 1980s ended up on the black market .
I will not name the man united players involved or what year ,but I was sat having a pint with a tout that works man utd games ,and I was shocked when I overheard him talking to X amount of different man utd first team players over the passing on if match tickets .
All in a days work was the touts quote.
