Title: Your Average day??

   Just out of interest,does anybody know what a average day at Cantley park consists of for the players during the week when we haven't a game...What time they arrive and go home etc how long they train for etc..Always wondered??

Maybe an idea for the media team to do like marquis did with preseason in Scotland. Follow someone like Alfie or butler

In for 9 gone for half 12 I'd guess.

Think they come in for 9ish do some training, eat with the squad i believe around 12ish then finish?

12.30 - 1.30 Card school & tab smoking

1.30 - 3.30 Quick 9 holes of pitch & putt

3.30 - 11.00 - Pub for a gallon of mild & more tabs

Majority are there for 8.30 get training kit on. Have breakfast. 9.30 tactical meeting up stairs. 10 ish on the training pitch. 12.30 lunch. 1.30 in gym for fitness. Then home. Some stay behind longer than others.

A lot of the players often drive past my house on their way home around 3 o clock so that sounds about right to me.
