Was doing some player research the other day and stumbled on the family tree of Hugh Innes Martin who played twice for Rovers early in September 1929 . I contacted the family ( his great grandson I believe ) and they were totally unaware of his footballing career but I was only able to supply the basic facts of his career in Scotland ( at Falkirk and Kings Park ) and at Rovers . Any body have anything on Hugh ? Can only assume he was in Donny for work as I doubt he was a full time professional footballer .

Just sent you a pm. I suspect he was on trial as Rovers were trying to recruit a centre forward to replace the departed Tom Keetley.
