Anyone else having trouble opening day 22 won't work for me tried 2 different gadgets.?

I can't open it on my iPad. Every other day so far has been OK though.

I hit the number 22, then the virgin pic. When I tried to enter my details it just rolled over and died.

Weirdly I've got all the emails about the advent calendar. I get nothing else from the club but these get through. That might helpnthemq fix the email problem that amazingly still exists?

Under new Data Protection rules the club will be having a major revamp of the email addresses it currently has and carries. I would suggest you, and anyone else this affects, checks with the ticket office and ensures that they have your correct email address as that is the one the club will utilise going forward. That will be the one correct database that they will use for all email traffic.

I always find that when I buy something from the ticket office, I seem to get a barrage of emails offering pretty much everything for the next couple of weeks, then it goes quiet again.
Maybe that's just me! :laugh:

SM, do you know if the club uses the same email address for Rovers Alliance? I get emails regularly from DRFC but still receive nothing from the Alliance.

My alliance emails are always from Suzanne Utley. I've never won a thing but get the prize winners list every month.

The problem has been that several databases have been used in the past, but now the new software is up and running they intend to take advantage of the DP changes to purge what they have.
I could ask about the Alliance one for you, but as others have said that one usually comes from Suzanne. The club should be making some kind of announcement in the New Year.
