Anyone else having problems with this heap of shite?
I paid over£100 for a full season pass a couple of months ago. It worked sporadically, then for the last 5 or 6 weeks, all content apart from the odd interview and some match highlights has been locked down. Support is terrible. Standard nails saying “Delete the App, turn on and off and re-install” which does bugger all. Then silence.
Really, really poor service.

It's really no better than the previous incumbants, they do a lot of interviews in wind tunnells so you don't hear it clearly, if they do them indoors you sometimes can't hear the question asked, and commentary of the matches in the early days did n't start until 5 minutes after kick off, not sure about recent games as I've all but guven up on it, my subscription is very close to being cancelled

I think this has to be tossed in the pile with in-stadium catering and green and white hoops for the away kit, as stuff that will never get sorted so long as night follows day.

Looks like I am one of the few who doesn't have any problems. It does work better with some browsers than others. It's good on Firefox, ok on google chrome and rubbish on internet explorer.

It’s not a question of poor quality interviews or browser choice for me. I’m simply locked out of the content which I have paid money for.
They clearly have an error on their database and don’t have the information that I’ve paid them over a hundred f**king quid.
I’m told “You need to upgrade your account to access this content” or “Click here to subscribe to access this content.”
And despite several mails, there’s no sign of it being fixed or my subscription refunded. It’s effectively stealing money for a non-existent service.

I must be lucky .. it's perfect for me .. I get all the matches live with no interruption , all interviews .. full package fine ! Sorry to hear you are having trouble BST , maybe you should emigrate too!

I do appreciate the live video streaming to those outside the country. Makes me less guilty about not being able to attend many matches (I hope the money I pay goes to the club?).
Apart from that, I seriously doubt the club even has the man-power to deal with individual complaints about the system, so don't expect anything. They are probably going to fob you off on to who ever is running the software nowadays.

Its been ok for me to a degree. What was the result of getting games streamed on the net, I seem to remember a topic on the forum!

I wasn't able to access the new system when they switched it in the closed season. I used the help option and after four weeks of lame responses from them and providing everything they requested as proof, including proof of my Direct Debit payments they still insisted I didn't have an account with them. Left me no option other than to cancel my DD. Haven't created a new account and have no intention of doing. w**kers!

stuff it take them to the small claims court presumably you have proof of payment and copies of the email correspondence they haven't got a leg to stand on looks like others have the same issue

I’ve just received an e-mail from iFollow telling me my subscription ran out on 12 December. That’s less than 3 months after I paid over £100 for a “full season subscription”.
I know precisely what has happened here and it’s a bloody disgrace. Let’s see if they can figure it out.

You can demand the return if your dough, it shouldn't matter what browser you use unless they instruct that only certain browsers work, which they haven"t. They took an "admin" fee out before returning my money but was so pissed off and glad to get get my dough I didn't take it further. I agree with most the the service was unreliable, back up was crap and the first match the camera operator had obviously gone to the pub for a few hours before the game. In fact the support was so crap they didn't know I had paid for a full subscription, I think they just select random people from the internet to reply complaints.

My biggest niggle, is that none of the full match replays in the app ever work. None of them. Which means I have to get up at 4am on Sunday mornings to watch live, or make do with the highlights.
And even if they did work, the full match replays, which require no editing at all, don't get upoloaded till a day after the highly edited extend highlights. How does that make sense? For the price I pay, I should be able to get a good night's sleep, and watch the full replay when i get up, five hours after the game finished. Why wait days to publish the replay, when it's just the live feed repurposed. It should be up minutes after the game finishes.
Never tried contacting them though. Been put off by the stores I read on here.

Agreed KR, it's a major problem that the game can't be watched the next day before you have seen the score, which means I can't view results of other games unless I go to each teams individual website.

Problem I have is watched a couple of away game for a match day fee it plays ok on the phone but comes on saying playback error please try later when try putting it on my Samsung tablet!!!any ideas ?

Finally sorted now after 4 goes at contacting them.
The issue seems to be that when they reply to an e-mail, they then close down that Ticket. So, when you reply to their e-mail telling them that they are wrong, there is no follow up.
As I say,decent service but the back office systems are really not up to scratch.

So they think just because they reply the issue is solved and they close the ticket ........ hmmnnn

Only conclusion I can come to DR.
I mail them.
They reply with incorrect information.
I respond pointing out the error.
No reply.
So I send a brand new mail from the “Contact us” link on the App. And they reply to that.
Not a good system. But to be fair to the staff working on this system, they have sorted the problem. Once I diagnosed it for them and pointed out that their information was wrong.

Agreed. It is an excellent service in principle. But the back office skimping to maximise profits is a common problem these days. It’s frustrating.

Judging by how quiet the Lucky Pint match thread is today, it looks to me that subscriptions to IFollow must be substantially fewer than the 'Rovers Player' service.

Couldn’t fault it today, the comms team weren’t brilliant but the service was ok.

I watched it on my iPhone but for sum reason it says playback error on my Samsung tablet for sum reason

I listen to the game at home until half time then go to the pub for a couple and listen to the second half. I think it's brilliant for the money .
