Post by: Filo on December 30, 2017, 11:07:25 pm
...... down the steps at HT in the west stand, hope you're ok mate, that was some spectacular tumble, and lucky that the big guy was coming the opposite way or you would have gone head first into the railings

What about the poor lad in the East stand that was walking up the steps in the 1st half and got floored by a Lawlor's clearance that hit him clean on top of the head .
He was about 12 and never saw it coming.

I saw this and laughed but not sure if it was an illusion and the ball bounced on the step lol

Does anyone remember mad Baz Richardson knocking the toddler over away at York during the warm up? As soon as he hit it there was only one place it was going.

All I saw was arms and legs flying about as he wizzed by me, if that big guy had n't been coming back to his seat it could have turned out really bad

Aye you're not kidding. He was really travelling and his head would have either hit the concrete steps or the railings. A minor miracle that the other bloke just happened to appear at that instant.
He looked really shaken but said he was OK.

Barry Richardson's bovril clearance at Chesterfield to the guy who'd spent about 15 minutes calling him was brilliant to watch as well.

Yes!
It just missed me but hit my mate Paul on the head. He was quite badly injured and it took a while for him to get better.
