Surprised and disappointed to see Mason on the bench, much better RB than Blair for me. Houghton rested?

Looks like they’ve gone to a back three of Garrett, Alcock & Mason with Rowe and Blair as wing backs

Absolute chaos in the penalty box, as Beestin and Rowe have efforts cleared off the line in a matter of seconds.

Need 4 new legs at centre half before next week. Against the cost of relegation it has to be worth s couple of players. Easier said than done I suppose

We are getting none of the 50-50 decisions from the officials again..

Good early goal for us, unlucky defensive rebound back across goal for theirs..

Defence actually not doing too bad - Wright appeared to get a knock to his ribs..

Shape a bit off, Kongolo is doing ok but it’s a wasted position, we would be better with Houghton on..

Ponderous at times but when we do get going we are dangerous.

Beestin looks good and our best threat so far is Blair..

Need Houghton on for Kongolo to protect the defence and push Whiteman further forward

Good morning everyone! (just), hopefully for more goals in 2nd half, and a win for Rovers. We need to make our chances count.

Post by: IDM on January 27, 2018, 04:02:41 pm
The match ticker stats the bbc shows are wrong, there was a sequence of 3 efforts on goal in a scramble with a clearance off the line that wasn’t mentioned, and a Beestin shot on the turn that was blocked.

I wonder why Whiteman isn’t shooting with his left foot??

Been playing 3 at back all game.

We look very dubious against any crosses into box, and they're other weapon is a long throw too. Settled down a bit towards the end of the half though.

Yep the long throws , hope we fetched them advertising boards in a few feet ... at half-time.

Would be a new club record - the first time in our Football League and Conference history for 5 consecutive draws

It's hard to judge on ifollow because they don't show replays but Marquis has either missed two sitters, or been fouled for a clear penalty for the 1st and denied by an excellent last ditch tackle for the 2nd.

Appeals for a spot kick are turned down by the referee, as Rowe goes down in the box.

James Coppinger is replaced by Liam Mandeville.

You can't fully blame Alcock. For the last 30 minutes he was essentially left as our only central defender with one midfielder playing infront of him. He's been exposed though on 3 occasions, one of which the goal.

Lesson today - take your chances!!

We didn’t deserve to lose that, especially with the second half chances.. credit to Bristol that they took theirs..

Why Fergie's fault! He wasn't the one kicking the ball. It is the players fault for missing their chances.

Missed chances. Poor defending. We gave Bristol that game on a plate. They were average at best. There for the taking if All Cock hadn't have cocked it up.

I did hear someone say sack Fergie on their way out. Hilarious. We've just gone 8 unbeaten and comfortably mid table. The only game we lose is when we've got our 3 best defenders out injured.

At fault for their first and third which sums him up entirely for me ... steady on the ball when under no pressure but very vunerable chasing back.

Too true, les. If it's not the referee that's taking the blame for losing, then it's the manager. Mad!

You do your own replays, there is a rewind circle  on the left hand side of the bar at the bottom where the sound and settings are. It goes back in 10 sec increments depending on how far back you want to go.
