Let's take the rest of the season one game at a time, starting with the next one?

If we need to win on the last day of the season then we deserve to go down. Just see what the next five games bring.

Let’s hope Wigan have/can’t win it and are up

but more importantly let's hope Wigan beat Blackburn away tomorrow -- that would be a big step to winning the title and then they would be more likely to field a weakened team against Rovers ---  losing would also make my bank manager unhappy

That game can end 6-0 or 10-10 or 0-0 for all we should care, it's not going to make a difference. We beat Wigan 3-1 two years ago when they still had plenty of work to do to earn promotion and the title, not to mention the 20 game unbeaten run they were on that we ended, stopping our own 17-game winless streak in the process.

What I'm trying to say is...doesn't matter if Wigan are home and hosed by then or not, we are capable of beating them and need to focus on our own fortunes.
