Scored from 3 inches to help Motherwell reach Scottish Cup semis.
-
Good strikers always score tap ins.
-
Dave Kitson scored tap ins. :(

Couldn’t resist posting.
I don’t understand why some of our supporters are so obsessed with what Curtis Main is doing.
I bet most fans would love to be doing what he is doing.
-
BBC have given it as an own goal anyway... just seen it and he did his best to miss it...
-
Mains goal all day long, he just flicks it home.

OK Hound - you know better than BBC and Sky.....

You must know that by now

BBC and sky always get it wrong.

BBC and Sky are both sh*te at sports coverage. When it comes to live games, I don't know how either of them haven't missed a goal yet, with all the f*cking about they do with their cameras. They either show umpteen replays of incidents from all angles, or pan in on someone in the crowd picking their nose; all while the action is going on in the area. I'd trust Hound's judgement over their's any day.

Maybe I wasn’t as wrong as someone made out.

I'm pretty sure it's not the cameraman who decides the goal scorers!

Don't know about anyone else but I'm always interested in what our ex-players are doing ( not just Main). Some do well some don't. It's just natural curiosity. And yes I would kill to be doing what he's doing !!

Yes
It's always of interest to know how our ex players are doing. Not sure how this relates to wanting to do what he's doing. Of course everyone would

Essexrover, yes of course it is nice to know how ex players are doing.
The thing about Main and players like Kyle Bennett, Gary Woods and ATS is that some of our supporters are always looking to see if they can find something that they have done wrong so they can post a derogatory comment about them.

I have looked again a few times at the video of Motherwells first goal.
Still trying to see how the BBC can call it an own goal.
Either it is over the line from the original corner kick, then the keeper kicks it onto the post, the ball rolls along the line to Main who then flicks it in.
Also, I am wondering who said the cameraman decided who scored because it isn’t too obvious from the posts on this thread.

shhh let em keep on misleading the people to give the shrewdies on here an edge remember when they BBc gave a Rovers goal last season (December ?) originally as an own goal until the dodgy goals committee gave it to JM - - without that goal he would not have been joint top goalscorer :scarf: :scarf: :scarf: :scarf:
