Scored twice for Motherwell against Aberdeen in the SFA semi final. His second goal, http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/43678497 (http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/43678497), at 3min 52 secs, is absolutely sublime.
I seem to remember that his first goal for us, against Yeovil Town, was of similar quality.

Good luck to the lad. I hope he pulls his career round. It was obvious that he had bags of talent and was prepared to work. Problem was, he seemed like there was nowt between his ears most of the time.

Great stuff, well done Curtis.
The commentators said it all after the third goal when they said he was never going to miss as he was full of confidence.
No one booing him then.

Spot on BST. Bet he never envisaged being where he is now, when he made his debut for us against Yeovil.
Hope he scores in the Final!

I knew he had it in him, good luck to the kid.

I was always one of Curtis’s defenders against many critics on here. The lad has ability and talent; he is a good footballer contrary to many derogatory comments on here.
Good luck to him.

I think most people's grief with him wasn't that he wasn't good - we knew he was good, it was that he couldn't be f**ked showing it anywhere near enough.
-
Glad he’s turned it round
His problem seemed to be his head and his heart - maybe he’s been to see the wizard
-
Crikey. Surprised so many are supporting the guy when not so long ago he received so much derision,

I don’t think he ever lacked commitment RedJ, nor was he lazy.
He just suffered from lack of confidence and that showed in some of his performances.

The derision and jeering from some of our supporters didn’t help him.

Maybe not lazy in terms of running around but he certainly only showed what he could do when he felt like it.

He's doing well in a league which is effectively equivalent of League One in England. The top half of the Scottish Premiership is English Championship standard. The bottom half and the top four of the Scottish Championship are a similar standard as our League One. That is where Main, Quinn, Woods, MacKenzie etc are currently playing and enjoying some success. Good luck to them!

wonder how long before we have a similar thread for goalkeeper Etherington ??

Good thing we never signed a goalkeeper named Etherington then eh?
-
He’s thick just like Theo and Harry F. That’s why they are all playing lower league football

that's the second time I've called him that name funny thing there's not much between Rooney's "ears" and also not much "natural hair"

26 appearances for Theo this season and 3 goals.
