What a day that was a few beers , brilliant atmosphere (By the Donny fans), i will never forget that day .. One of the best days supporting Rovers (Apart from the result) ..

Depends when in "85" it was taken. Was it 84-85 season or 85-86 as AG left close season 85.

I remember Little Adrian Heath walking in front of the Donny fans protected by a St John Ambulance man in a long black coat. It was absolute splatted in spit and looked like a flock of pigeons had just flown over and deposited everything from their bowels.

IIRC at the time we played at Everton in the FA Cup Andy Gray was having one of those spells when he couldn't hit the proverbial cow's backside. He missed a few chances that day and got loads of stick from the Rovers fans.

Not long after he got his mojo back and scored plenty for them down the stretch as they won the League title and the Cup-Winners' Cup.

Yes, that was sung a few times. I seem to remember the w**ker song being sung at an Everton corner in front of the away fans. On hearing it he looked up at us in disgust!
