Personally I think he could end up a very good manager, looking at the Peterborough situation and how they played under him. I cant understand those people being negative, it's like they expected an ex premiership manager. I really think they will moan at anything without any real solid back up.

Sounds like a good coach. Saw a tweet earlier from him from a couple of week ago where someone asked if he felt he wasn't given enough money, he said he didn't care about money, he prefers to develop the players he has.
