Thought Tom Anderson might have come in for Wright or butler to make sure they are available for Sunderland

According to Sky Sports, John M shot just wide.

C’mon you Reds!

And up to 5th already! We are going up, say....  :woot:
Title: Re: Dale V TLO

Bit of a scrappy start for both sides, neither team strung any passes together really. Rochdale arguably had the best chance but Mason (?) blocked it on the line, May shot wide slipping on the edge of the box and Marquis straight at the keeper from a similar distance.

20' Ali Crawford has marked his first start since returning from injury by smashing home the opening goal from James Coppinger's pull-backl! 0-1 #DRFC #ROCDON

GOAL | (0-1) The visitors have taken the lead - Crawford with the goal

The ball was pulled back to him on the edge of the area & he struck home a powerful effort

Crawford goal from just inside the box. Keeper should have done better. Against the run of play - all Rochdale for the last 10 mins but hopefully we’ll push on.

Rochdale just missed a very good chance, poked wide pretty much straight from kick off!

36' The home side are so close to an equaliser, with Joe Wright clearing an Ian Henderson effort then the Dale captain clipping the rebound on the top of the crossbar and over. 0-1 #DRFC #ROCDON

36. CLOSE! Hendo is denied on the line & by the woodwork, as Dale come close again!

Inman picked up a loose ball & pulled it back for Hendo who was initially kept out on the line. His rebound came crashing off the cross bar!

0-1 #RAFC
