According to DROS there are 64 non-league clubs in the draw. I count only 32, where are the others?

No it says there were 64 non league clubs battling it out this weekend to join the league one and two clubs, in the draw for the first round proper..

Our game at Chorley will NOT be televised live. It could still be on Sunday afternoon for BBC though.
