Sunday November 11th kick off 12:45. Chorley now saying Further confirmation needed apparently so will be confirmed tomorrow morning
-
Is that a Telly job then ?
-
No not picked for tv
-
Is that a Telly job then ?
Will be shown on the BBC Final Score programme. That is usually from 2pm so I think they might have the kick off time wrong.
-
It should be available to watch on Ifollow .
-
Its the Manchester derby later on that day, so maybe an earlier kick off was requested?

Why would that be relevant?
-
It's been selected for TV highlights.
-
Hitchin Town and Solihull Moors have both announced that their game is at 12.45 on the Sunday and will have extended highlights. Both clubs will get £12,500.
So if ours is on the Sunday it will be a 12.45 Ko.
-
Bloody rubbish Cusack, FA Cup 1st round day is a Saturday not Sunday dinner time.
-
Is that a Telly job then ?
It’s because they don’t see a cup upset ... rounds 2 nailed on :chair:

It is if you look at The Road to Wembley Competition. Have you entered yet ?

It was on the Chorley website at about 4.30 today saying it was a Sunday 1245 kick off so I think confirming that will be a foregone conclusions.
Personally I'm chuffed to bits as I don't have to plead with work for the Saturday off and if I do get it granted I can go ground hopping.
-
I'd rather it was a 2pm kick off but nevermind, still should be able to make that and the fact it's on Sunday means they do think it could be an upset. I tend to agree.
-

Won't be available on ifollow as Chorley don't have that id guess
-
The Checkatrade match at Notts County has been moved back 24 hours to the Wednesday. Tells you all you need to know.
-
Nov 11 12:45. On the red button.

As in it's available to watch live?

Aye.
-
Is it? Or is that red button programme one where it shows goals from all the games as they go in, rather than full live games.?
-
Yes I think you're right IDM unfortunately 😢
-
Per Liam Hoden:
Confirmation that Rovers will visit Chorley on Sunday November 11 with a 12.45 kick off. And it’ll be on the red button - common sense prevails and all that #drfc
Nothing from either club other than confirmation of the kick off time and that it has been moved for BBC extended highlights. So Hoden may have got it wrong.
EDIT Having re-read the tweet it doesn’t actually say anything about showing the full game live - DonnyOsmond where did you hear/read it is being shown live? Or is that just what you’ve understood from the above tweet?
-
It's not the full game, it's the BBC live highlights programme they've been doing for the last few seasons.
-
What common sense though? what is there that was said/happened that wasn't common sense to begin with? I don't understand that comment.
-
It should be available to watch on Ifollow .
Accrington don't have Ifollow , but that game was on.
Won't be available on ifollow as Chorley don't have that id guess
-
But don't forget, Ifollow is an EFL product and the FA cup isn't one of their competitions. So, its highlights on the BBC as I mentioned earlier.
-
How many tickets we got
-
11 November this year is Armistice Remembrance Sunday - I wish Rovers the best, but my attention will be elsewhere...

Just stumbled upon this
https://www.eurosport.co.uk/football/the-emirates-fa-cup/2018-2019/chorley-doncaster-rovers_mtc1081264/live.shtml
It appears that the game is live on eurosport
-
It isn't live on Eurosport... the text on the page for Chorley v Rovers is the same as the text on the page for every other FA Cup 1st round game. 'Follow the key moments live' (i.e. text updates of key moments, same as you get on the BBC website)

Eurosport don't have FA Cup rights. In fact, Eurosport broadcasts vey little of interest to most Brits. I should know, I used to publish and promote their TV schedules in the UK when the internet was still a baby learning to walk. Not an easy or particularly rewarding job!
