Title: England
Post by: Campsall rover on November 18, 2018, 04:04:08 pm
I think we have at last a National team that is going places.
Playing without fear and Southgate deserves massive credit for what he has done to turn us into a team which now looks capable of winning, dare I say it the World Cup in 2022
Am I getting ahead of myself? Well we have a manager who is prepared to play young players and is letting them go out and express themselves and use their natural ability.
I am actually enjoying watching the National team play and it is an awful long time since I can say that.

I'm glad results are finally making people see why Southgate is an asset to have as manager. It's all coming together at long last for England in my opinion.

Massively underwhelmed by the appointment but good things are happening at all levels.

It'll be interesting to see what happens with the senior team over the next few years. Looking forward to these semi finals now... I've quite enjoyed this competition.

The surprise for me was Delph, he was great especially in the first half.

I took my family to the game. First time at Wembley for the boys and what a brilliant occasion. We deserved that result. Now need to plan to go to Portugal for the semis
