Sorry I’m sure this has been done to death, but can somebody please spell it out for me as clearly as possible how I can get a one match pass? I’m in Amsterdam until 9 o’clock tonight which I believe qualifies me to watch the game on my phone, I’ve registered an account, and gone on free trial, then when I click on match centre it takes me back to free trial/sign up. So do I have to sign up for 4.49 a month to get a match pass, any help would be gratefully received

I don't know about any 'free trial'. Ive never seen that. It's 5 euro for a match pass. Once you've bought a match pass, you've bought a match pass. The video will only appear 5-15 minutes before kick off, however.
As long as you're logged into your account it will appear then, you don't need to buy anything else.

I'd check the site closer to the match (like 20 minutes before). The 'live match centre' link doesn't appear to be working now, but it will. I live in the Netherlands and never had a problem with it.

I think that the free pass that MD is talking about is shown on the club website.
It says register for iFollow today and get free access to club content.
Nothing to do with match viewing though.

I've just had a look and this ' free pass' doesnt include video of the game (or audio commentary either). Match pass is what you want.

You would either disable the blocker if you can or change your security settings to enable Ifollow, possibly allow 3rd party access?

Got it sorted eventually thank you all for the help, because I was running on my usual uk data my ip was showing as in uk, joined a WiFi in Amsterdam airport and worked via the app straight away, in my defence that last update is the one I was given by the iplayer live chat, thanks again
