I thought he made a good effort to keep the game moving and played some good advantages. He was rather lenient on Bristol Rovers, especially their efforts to stop Wilks. The lino on the West Stand was ok on offsides but missed several fouls.

Although the ref tried to keep the game going with his use of the advantage rule, to my mind he missed a lot of what else was going on.
The Bristol number 17 did more than enough in the first half hour to earn a booking.
One high kick on Butler in the first few minutes was worth it alone.
There was the elbow on Wilks in the second half that should have been a penalty that he let go too.
As TRB said, he was very lenient towards the Bristol players but regularly pulled up our boys for similar stuff.

I gave him 1 last time for turning up - and said it would have been 2 if he HAD NOT turned up so I was determined to try to be more objective

Thought he started ok but then slowly lost control of the game and as said above missed (or looked the other way metaphorically) some offences and especially the Wilks block in Penalty Area.

He seemed to also let the crowd or player reactions make decisions for him ad sometimes they were really late and some of the Cards were not consistently applied

I can still only got to 2 and wont be sad if he never returns here but I suspect he will.

He is averaging just over 2 Points which is pretty good going
