Title: Half price U17 season ticket offer 19/20

Hi,

Just wondered anybody else experience of this.

I renewed my season tickets for myself my dad and my U17 son online but didn't get the half price discount for my son.

I sit in the family area so meet that criteria, so I phoned up the ticket office and was told the 3 family ticket purchase had to include 2 children to get the discount.

This is not what the offer says - families can claim a “17 or under” Silver Membership for just £15 if you’re a family of three or more sitting in our Family Area.

Anybody else come across this problem or been succesful with 2 adults/senior and 1 U17 purchase?

Looks to me that you qualify.

New for the up-and-coming campaign the Family Silver Membership allows a group of a minimum of three access to all of Rovers’ home games in the 2019/20 season, seated in the Club Doncaster Foundation Family Stand.

As part of the Family Silver Membership, any group who purchases theirs before Monday April 1 will receive one 17 and under Silver Membership for half the price, which over the course of the season works out at 65p per game.
