Can come back from 3-0 down against Barsa what can Rovers do in the play-off just goes to show anything can happen in football

Someone just texted that same message to me Dave.

That was incredible, yes we can do it too
-
The fans were a massive plus for Liverpool, can we be the same?
-
The players and management should take heart from this and use it to our benefit

There is pressure on Rovers as we are in the play offs to win not just make up the numbers.
It’s 4 teams playing on equal terms. The pressure is on all 4 of us.
Where we are at an advantage is the supporters of Sunderland in particular expect their team to be promoted as do Portsmouth and Charlton to a lesser extent.
Our Supporters didn’t expect promotion this season and in that respect there isn’t quite the same expectation.
But now we are in the mix expectation is increasing considerably as we have the same 1 in 4 chance of taking that promotion place as the other 3 clubs.
The league table and points difference is now totally irrelevant.

Anything can happen. No pressure on Rovers either, just like there was no pressure on Liverpool tonight! ;)
It's a great, great, great, great, great comeback, but they've got to win silverware now for it to be the greatest ever - that's what counts!
Time will tell. It's thing like this what makes you think it's 'destiny' and all that.
And I think they'll smash Spurs/Ajax to smithereens in the final.
No pressure on Liverpool tonight. Are you joking Rigo. There was massive pressure on Liverpool as they had to overcome a 4 goal deficit. They didn’t go on to the pitch tonight just to have a kick about did they. The went out with a belief they could achieve something almost nobody else thought possible. THATS PRESSURE IN MY BOOK.
And by heck did they handle it well. UNDERSTATEMENT.

Have I missed summat? We're not 3-0 down are we?
Seriously, there is nothing to fear, everything to gain. We've tested Pompey and Charlton are could argue we were the better team in 3 of the 4 matches against them in the League. Sunderland at home we were stretched but still carved out 2 golden chances to win the game and only at Sunderland would you say we were below par, as with at the Valley.
The points difference does not stack up and as said, counts for nothing now.

There is a good article by Mark Lawrenson on the BBC sport website about how the Anfield crowd can affect their and the opposition players.
Now I know that our crowd is nothing like the Liverpool crowd but surely we can learn something from them.
The atmosphere at the Southend semi final was electric, the flags added something to that.
It must have spurred our players on.

You are right Hound the support is as i keep saying is so vital. It really can be the 12th man.
We need to replicate the Atmosphere created at the Southend semi final. If we do then it is intimidating to the opposition and can seriously be worth a goal start.
I hope to see flags on every seat that would be brilliant.

Flags sounds very Crystal Palace. How about giving the train spotters ninety minutes of constant hate and abuse?
