Leyton Orient manager dies of a heart attack at 49. Shocking. Truly awful news.
-
RIP :(

What crying shame a nice man worked hard to get the club back in the League brilliant full back with Spurs , it just goes to show how much stress there is now in the game .

Awful news. RIP. I remember him playing on the Spurs youth team when Rovers played them on that FA Youth Cup run all those years ago:..
-
Horrible news.... I really wanted him as our manager after Fergie left... Seemed like a genuinely nice bloke...definitely gone too young. RIP

Shocking news.
-
Hard to take in really.
-
I’m speechless RIP

A man who deserved the chance to manage much higher up the ladder, whether with Orient or someone else. Very sad news.

Terrible news

I m very shocked & very very saddened by this news. I have many Spurs supporting family members & work colleagues & through one of them I met Justin after a Spurs v QPR game many moons ago. He was very friendly, well spoken & very accomodating in taking the time to chat to us after the game. I remember Spurs won, but he was not very happy at all with his own performance & we just laughed as we thought he was being hyper-critical of himself. Orient will miss him . RIP Justin 😢

RIP Justin want Leyton orient to do so well next season thought he had a big future managing 49 way too young for anyone in this day and age x

Terrible, thoughts with his family
-
That's terrible. I worked with a huge Orient fan who spent a lot of time in and around the club and he had told me a whiler ago what a genuinely nice guy he was and how popular he was with all the staff.

Shocking news, really does just go to show! Live every day like it’s your last because you just never ever know!
-
Very sad, and shocking, thoughts and prayers with his family. As someone with a heart condition and has a much higher chance of a CA, I know my life could end in a matter of seconds. Life has be lived to the full.

It certainly puts some of the petty squabbles on here into perspective.
Good luck to you too les. Let's hope that the Rovers can keep you cheerful without too much stress.
