Best season in 5 given our recent history is nothing to get teary eyed about. Player belief is fine, completely intangible but whatever. But you need the players in the first place and the ones we assembled last season either have gone, wont return, and look likely to go so they don't particularly believe in Doncaster Rovers thats certain.
Dickov even gave us a few good performances. That's all McCann's achieved.

Do I like the fact he's gone? No, but we live and learn. The board may want to reflect on whether there is anything more they could have done to protect the asset they worked hard to recruit. I'm sure they are as disappointed as we are.

What a season for the club. Raked it in with the cup run and the playoffs, going to cash in with marquis and took the high earners out of the equation. From a business point of view it’s a job well done . Maybe we’ll go with youth this season

Look i am upset the way it’s happened CIM but to say now that McCann achieved nothing is just silly and smacks of sour grapes. We were a whisker away from another Wembley play off final.
