Football is a cruel and fickle business. We’d love to believe that players and managers share our love for our club...but except in very very rare occasions, they don’t.
Some of us had our apprenticeships at Belle Vue, standing in the pissing rain in a decrepit ground watching us get dicked by Halifax.
Others served their apprenticeships at the KM in a new stadium, watching us beat the ‘mighty’ Leeds Utd.
Either way, the Rovers have provided me with some of the greatest moments of my life.
Players and Managers come and go. Only the fans remain loyal. Long after GM is forgotten WE will all still be there
So bollox to GM and anyone else who doesn’t want to be part of the Rovers story. We are Donny Rovers - the greatest football club in the world.
Without us fans, football is nothing

You are spot on HA.
-
We have got some very bitter ones on here.
Move on. Nobody has died. The club has not folded up.
Onwards and upwards.
Next chapter in the DRFC story is about to commence. Embrace it.

Couldn't agree more Herbert

You are correct in every way , do you think that we should have had an automatic fall back position, where a senior player member of staff takes on the responsibilities of the team whilst it’s in transition ,a spokesman should have confirmed the situation a lot sooner to explain that its business as usual and preseason comings and goings are all in the clubs best interests and any major decisions are either paused or proceeding . Season ticket sales will go up imo if the process is positive and not a confused one .
