Had no interest in this cup whatsoever since the u23 teams were added. Are they still in it and how come we're not in a group with one?

A under 21 team joins each group,they'll be drawn on Friday.

Anybody know how it's determined which team we play at home and which away etc?

They are but they are drawn out later
