Bury’s creditors have just voted against their cva proposal they are due to meet again in 2 weeks to discuss a final one. It appears they may have upwards of £16m in debts if all creditors are accepted and the court case to liquidate is on the 31st of this month if the next cva is rejected.

Bad do that. I assume it'll just be a league of 23 if they do liquidate and no one will swap leagues?

if they did do an Accrington Stanley (who went bust mid season as we all know )
then does the 4th bottom team stay up - i think so Altrincham got relegated recently 3 times and were saved by clubs not meeting the league criteria or whatever.
Fixtures out as well could mean just one less team ... seems the answer at this late stage

When you read about clubs like this going under the fans in here who rant about our owners not putting money in and keeping to a budget should maybe think again and thank our owners for running the club in a proper business like manner

Their owner makes Richardson look like a saint, he’s completely mad but as to him committing criminal offences not so sure.
