Whilst other matters keep us engaged, the launch night ahead of Belles joining the Club has been announced for Weds 17th July in the Belle Vue Bar 6.30pm.
Will be interesting to hear how Club Don intend to support the Belles on the long long trek back to at least Champoinship footy from the dismal depths of the 4th tier.

All long journeys start with one small step. Let's hope that this is the first step to a well earned recovery.mThe Belles were there when a lot of the bigger clubs couldn't be ar**d.

I can't help but think the road back to the top will be a long one, if not impossible.
With word that the Premier League may be taking over from the women's FA, it looks like big city franchise women's football is here to stay, and the roads back for the Belles with be closed off!
I hope I'm wrong and the Belles are able to work their way back on merit rather than be discriminated against for financial and geographical reasons!

Would love to see Club Doncaster Academy become an amazing thing and produce a huge amount of local talent thay makes it through to the first teams of both the Rovers and the Belles. There is so much potential in this area.
