 I believe we are very lucky to have him. He was an excellent player for us and it was ridiculous that WBA sacked him. Great news !

Wish him all the best. He has a hard act to follow. Irrespective of his past with us and his likeable persona he will be judged on what he's paid to do.

I really hope his time as a coach has the desired effect on the players and he immediately commands the respect he deserves.

Not for one minute do I think he'll be short on enthusiasm and I hope he can show he has an eye for talent as well as being able to sell his vision and desire to other players.

He was perhaps lucky at West Brom being in the right place at the right time but also a tad unlucky to lose his job. I hope he shows he was worthy of the top job and it was West Broms loss.
