Ten charges going to trial, how long will his prison stretch be?
-
Is he guilty?
-
one of the charges is
"Sexually assaulted a woman at Bute House in November or December 2013 by kissing her on the mouth"
one can only think ... does it work the other way around ? a male being a recipient ?
this really is an eye opener ... how the law has changed over the years
So "Mason" could have been allegedly "charged" simply on the above
and theoretically go on the "sex registers list"

Well I'm surprised you've selected the most minor issue, is it simply a matter of him kissing ten different women on the mouth? I don't think so!

Can you really see a woman wanting to kiss Salmond?😷
-
Well mate, he does have a wife.
-
I'd have thought him trying to force himself romantically on a woman is a crime against humanity.
-
Hound.
He does have a wife. I'm assuming she was too busy to attend court yesterday, because she wasn't there with him. His two sisters accompanied him.

Hey BST, my post was just a light hearted response to idlers question.

I thought it was Hound. I just can't possibly begin to imagine why his wife wouldn't have stood alongside him yesterday...

well in a court case someone forgot who had to pay his court fees
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-scotland-politics-50486713
"The government later conceded its procedures had been flawed and paid out more than £500,000 in Mr Salmond's legal expenses"
so he must have presumably had half a million guessing i'd say he must "allegedly" be worth "5 million" (extrapolating) one might wonder where the "alleged" money had "allegedly" "come from" if one had an "enquiring mind" .. in that case "yes" one could see many women wanting to kiss "any man" of such "alleged" wealth
