1) A fantasist from a past era of England, who brought destruction to everything he touched and wound up in the clink.

We were discussing the tremendous similarity in appearance between the two of them at the game last Tuesday.

This must be part of your 'balancing the debate' hound?

Good old Boris.
I’m not a fan of Boris mate but you are right to draw the comparison between BJ and JC.
The only difference is that BJ has been slaughtered for it on here whereas a blind eye has conveniently been turned to the JC misdeeds.

What precisely are Corbyn's misdeeds that compare to Johnson having affairs that broke two marriages, getting sacked for lying over one of them and having a child by a mistress which he refuses to acknowledge?
This balance thing, eh?
Seems the balance in this case is that Corbyn's first wife left him because he worked too hard, then he had a passionate fling with a single woman.
-
Mmmmm, not quite how the link that CLH posted comes across BST but then I wouldn’t expect you to say anything different.
-
Hound.
One of those links is behind a paywall. The other is a link to a rag that I refuse to read after they deliberately and consciously misrepresented my own work in an article, causing me a lot of grief with business partners.
What do they say about Corbyn that compares with Johnson's record?

You are a fine one to speak about balanced views.
If you lean much further left you are in serious danger of falling over.

A question for you both: How many children does Jeremy Corbyn have and how many does Boris Johnson have?
The answer to the first part is easily findable as it is out in the open for anyone to know. The answer to the second part is impossible for any member of the public to know as it is protected by a court order.
And there is the difference between Corbyn and Johnson - the Daily Mail will tell you about one but not the other

F*cking hell, blinkers, blinkers, blinkers, and more blinkers.
Some of you on here are going to be in need of the Samaritans come Dec 12th.

Notable that Mr Farage opted for Millionaire's Shortbread there

SS.
I genuinely don't understand you. You don't seem to care who wins as long as the other side loses.

After all this time you still don't appear to understand what a balanced view is?
It's not throwing the same amount of shit at both sides of the debate, it's evaluating the facts :headbang:

SS.

I don't understand why you don't understand. I've said often enough on here that I don't rate any of them.
I've also said that I think the insults and sneers of Remainers over the last 3 years have been disgraceful. I now want to see those sneers wiped off their faces.
Karma.
-
Yes SS.
So like I say. You don't care who wins as long as the other side loses.
And as I've said before to you, a man who calls a woman a dirty f**king slapper has lost the right to whine about insults.
-

So you seriously think people who excercise their democratic rights in a referendum deserve to be insulted just as much as a prostitute porn star?
Wow; there are definite signs showing now that this GE is getting you down. I think you need to concentrate on the football to take your mind off politics.
-
On the contrary SS. I've seen my side win and lose regularly over the years. I keep a sense of perspective. And I'll keep arguing based on beliefs and facts.
What I'll never become is someone who just gets their kicks from seeing someone else lose. And I'll keep on hoping most of the country is more positive than that, whatever their beliefs.

I can never understand why people are judged on having affairs, there are many reasons why people do and to be fair it no ones business, we all know people men and women who have cheated on a partner does it make them a bad person?
-
To cheat once might be forgiven but to continue cheating is surely a sign of not only weakness but being untrustworthy to those close to you.
How can anyone else be expected to trust him?
-
Having an affair is not in itself necessarily a major sin.
Refusing to acknowledge a child that's produced as a result of an affair does raise questions about someone's moral compass though.
-
That does yes bst
-

How can anyone else be expehcted to trust him?
because I know people who I would trust with my life yet they doubtfully will never stay faithful to there partner
-
That does yes bst
You know I'm referring to Johnson there, don't you?
-
Yes, my issue is with the being faithful with your partner, just because someone decides that the relationship is not working or just for sex does make make them a bad person, not accepting the fact that you have had a child is disgusting
-

I have a problem with a person that tells/told me that they are OTS, it affects me in that I know they cannot be trusted with one of the most important parts of their own life and therefore shows how they deal with things of lesser import it also compromises me if I also know their partner.
-
But you don’t no what goes on behind closed doors, there are many reasons why people have affairs
-
Let’s say your best mate of 30 years had a Affair does that mean you can’t trust him? If it does you would not be much of a mate would you?
-
I'm just telling you what I think bp, what you think about your personal friendships is up to you.
-
That’s fine Sydney I agree it’s personal opinion
-
I try never to do anything to someone that I wouldn't want doing to me.

Completely agree idler but the world is not that simple at times, but if you stick to that you won’t go far wrong
