  Ask Putins mate to build that bridge to Ireland or complete HS2, he has built that 12 kilometre bridge from Russia to the Crimea for a pidling £3 billion Delivered on time (they didn't invade until 2014) and rail and road.
   They must have a quick planning department, good planners, and cheap as chips.

The Crimea bridge is a bit of a different proposition to the one BJ has proposed for Northern Ireland
12km v 40km
18 m deep water v 160m

They didn't invade. The Crimeans wanted to rejoin Russia.

That's right 80% of the Population of the Crimea is Russian.
