Was going to go to watch Harrogate Town v Maidenhead Utd in the National League but my wife is doing everything possible to persuade me to stray at home as i am not 100% fighting fit yet.
This bug aint half a swine to throw off. Still wobbly, feel as I have got jet lag.
Any one else the same?
So i really need to get myself right for the battle ahead on Tuesday eve with the Shrews.
Watching football is a major physical pastime you know. :that:
Those games against Sunderland & Oxford really sapped the energy out of me.

I wish my wife would let me stray at home. But only when she's out shopping.
-
Hornchurch vs Horsham for me today.
Thought I'd start the new year off with a trip to a new ground, but I'm starting to run out of them in London.
Hope a few others are taking advantage of the Rovers-less Saturday to watch some local games.

Yes, had it all Christmas & New Year Campsall, horrible bug, its neither one thing or the other but just cannot shake it off, just had to keep going.
-
It was going to be Retford away at Dronfield but the dreaded bug has left me with about as much energy as a zombie so sofa with the kids it is.
-
I’m gonna watch Cheltenham on firestick
-
I'm at Hampden Park. Fiver in to Queens Park v Stenhousemuir, and it's better than watching Scotland!

Great atmosphere I suspect.
All 300 of you in a 50.000 seater stadium.

My apologies 837 gate at Hampden Park.
Is that not well above average? Didn’t think they got over 500 very often.
-
Well done Harrogate Town again another 3 points. Now up to 3rd unless Yeovil get beaten in their delayed game and then will be 2nd.
Sam Hird’s Barrow flying, 7-1 winners today against Ebbsfleet

Wouldn't know, I'm only in Glasgow for the weekend, live in Donny me.

Barton v Liversidge for me. Great day out. A couple of beers in the bar with excellent pie, chips and peas followed by a couple more beers whilst watching the game - a refreshing change. I’d forgotten what a tackle looked and sounded like.
Recommend everyone giving it a go if you find yourself at a loose end, it really did remind me why I fell in love with the game
-
Wanted to go see Notts County v Bromley but the man flu has come and resides on my chest.
Perhaps we should get a bus up one day and venture to an unsuspecting non league ground?
-
Went to Glentoran vs Portadown, Glens got through on penalties after extra time ,great match 1-1 after 90 mins 2-2 after 120 mins won 5-4 on penalties, sudden death, played to a finish on the same day , the way all cup ties should be

You didn't miss an awful lot. The game was pretty uneventful apart from one goal which came from a corner, a couple of good saves from Belshaw in Town's goal and two late red cards for Maidenhead. The visitors were a typical lower mid table team who come and work hard and like a battle, but Town just had enough quality to claim the three points which keeps them on Barrow's toes.

Try the 'groundhopper' app. It's invaluable.

Has anyone done all 92 current grounds be interesting to see how many people have done.
I’ve played at a lot of non league grounds, but don’t really count them as grounds I’ve been to.
Out of the current 92 I’ve been to 74
-
I think that app allows you to identify grounds you have been to, rather than watched football at, using different colour “pins”.?

I've been to 91/92 just not had chance to get to the new Spurs ground yet. I've also done all 44 Scottish league grounds.

No, you need to enter an opponent, score and date before it accepts an entry. You can either enter the info retrospectively or if you do it at the time if the match, the GPS reads your location and offers that match as an option to 'check in'.

I must be thinking about a different app or website..
