Just came across the PK and DK show over in the States with him on youtube and he talks about the team he supports at around 3.40
Sorry at work and cannot do a link.
-
Thought we'd signed him for a second.

Is he still technically on the books as an ambassador or whatever? Genuine question, I know he had a shirt number for a bit.
-
Sorry to be a bit dim but what is the PK and DK show
-
It's a videoed radio show he talks about supporting Rovers.
-
There was a good article about our Louis at the weekend - I especially liked this excerpt
The Doncaster accent, which softened in his 1D days, is back to pure, unfettered South Yorks. It’s all ‘in t’band’, ‘I dint know owt’, and swearing like a navvy. He’s honest, funny, and if his feet were planted any more firmly on the ground he’d be unable to walk.
-
Saw him on the One Show last night and thought he came across as a good egg
-
Entirely cynically I keep half an eye out for his career in hope he makes some really serious money and we can ride off the back off this somehow.

I think that ship has sailed...... he may 'love' the club, but I think any chance of him investing has gone..... even after we awarded him a 'prize' for designing a footy shirt a while back........ the tight wad..

Thought it was Grandad Len who won? Either way, I doubt his huge global fame was a disadvantage in that contest.

i think he gave his Grandad some credit - TBF, I think that was one of our best selling shirts on the back of LT's & his Grandad's design...

I still think my African violet with black trim deign was better, sadly only 9% of those who voted agreed.!

Only kidding - was gobsmacked at the time to get into the final 5..
-
I wish he’d start wearing a DRFC shirt during some part of his concerts. Shirt sales might soar
-
Still think violet is the future IDM at some point - I loved that design

Put a picture up

Louis
You have kindly been asked to wear a Donny shirt in concert.
That's that sorted. Lol

Put a picture up
Might take some digging..

Slightly unrelated but in terms of sizeable names in the music industry wearing Rovers shirts whilst performing, a DJ by the name of Mella Dee does just that, from time to time.
Nice to see.
-
Donny Dave let’s hope he’s on the forum and game for a laugh
-
Might get some shirt sales out of it.
-
One way of increased sales is to have the same shirt but with different logos, ones that would appeal to niche audiences. Eg Rovers shirt with "One Direction" on it. Stick a smaller Virgin logo somewhere else maybe to help keep the main sponsors sweet.
-
LNER you mean
