Title: 5 Things We Learned from Southend win
Post by: RoversAlias on January 29, 2020, 05:54:23 pm
Hi folks,

My analysis of last night's game against Southend is now up on the ITEN website, taking an in-depth look at the match. You can check it out at the link below:

https://www.intotheemptynet.com/post/5-things-we-learned-rovers-3-1-southend (https://www.intotheemptynet.com/post/5-things-we-learned-rovers-3-1-southend)

This piece includes a look at our overall performance, the growing influence of our full backs, plus individual looks at Niall Ennis, Kieran Sadlier and Cameron John.

Please let me know your thoughts on the game and the article, and thanks as ever for reading and supporting the site.

I'll also add in another link to nudge in the direction of our new Instagram page: https://www.instagram.com/drfc_iten/ (https://www.instagram.com/drfc_iten/). Please give us a follow if you're on the platform and we greatly appreciate all of the 89 fans who have followed since we launched last Friday.

Added

There was one thing that didn't get a mention and that was the condition of the pitch which was a bit torn up from a recent league game, it made control a bit trickier in the early stages until I guess the players made allowances for it.
