SM Hope the board and management team know that the ones that complain and moan are the minority.

I for one personally are thankful and grateful to our owners.

playing the long game can seem frustrating but if you had said we will have signed two young strikers with potential but with proven results of scoring in the past in this league I would have been very happy and i am bring on the rest of the season

Most companies in for the long game want conservative growth which I've said before, rather than the boom and bust variety. Conservative growth allows time to make good decisions and planning and allows you to bring along the whole team (well most of them)

Think you mean conservative with a small c rather than the Tory Conservative - however good point steady growth over time allows the manager to put a structure of his own into place much better than a Shit or Bust strategy
