A very good prospect indeed
-
A number nine we needed thankfully we can enjoy him till the end of the season hopefully he can help push us on to cement a top 6 place
-
Why only until the end of the season?
Why can’t we enjoy him next season?
-
Why only till the end of the season?

I just wondered what he must have been thinking when he was doing his stuff for us and the only song I could hear was that Devante Cole one
Cole has shown us nothing yet and didn’t again tonight but for some reason his song seems to be the one that we keep hearing.
Fejiri took his goal well and did some great hold up play.
He looks like the number nine we have been wanting all season.
-
I like the look of this guy. He got on the end of quite a few crosses and through balls tonight which is what we’ve been crying out for.
-
I kept saying exactly that. At one point I wondered if they thought it was Cole playing! Need to get a song for Fey.
-
End of season for now then in the championship next season 😉

Who with?
Not us obviously !
-
I think the point they're making is he's contracted to us for 2 years after this year, it's Cole who's only contracted this year.
I think Fejiri is the better player atm too.
-
Fejiri is a proper number nine, start singing a song for him or Ennis. When Cole starts banging them in then sing his song
-
Fey has a song, the "Good Enough" one that was played over the tannoy at HT. I agree it needs singing more but it's no bad thing to encourage Cole with his own song. Not sure about copying Liverpool's Allez, Allez, Allez however the fact we were signing loud and proud for so long with it is great and I think the South Stand did a great job tonight overall.
Anyway, Fejiri! What a great performance from him tonight, really pleased to see that proper #9 display. Good movement, passing, getting into scoring positions and taking a chance when it came to him. Could have had a couple more. I think he will become a very good player for us, he has two goals now in barely 100 minutes of football for us.
Wonder if he's got his eye on that visit to Shrewsbury next week.
-
Fey is the man for the number 9 role, on that performance, but he needs match fitness.
-
I really haven't seen much from Cole yet. Fey looks a much better prospect.
-
Should have buried the header from a cross put on a plate by Sadlier but he did take his goal very well. Hopefully will be good for us with a bit more match fitness.
-
On what I've seen of Cole so far he looks like he's living off is dad's reputation now we're have I heard that before
-
Cole was pretty good last night, I thought. Showed more than he has so far in his appearances. Fej was tiring, he needs match fitness too, so no problem with the swap at that point.
-
No problem with the swap at the time but we want Cole to be a bit stronger and more intelligent with the ball. For his size and experience he should be able to do more in 50/50 situations. Time yet though.
-
He hasn't had any game time since he left Scotland in December though. Fej does seem to be fitter and settled into our style of play better, though.

Don’t forget that Okenabirhie hadn’t played for a month before coming here either. I think Cole has played alright in his previous appearances but looked poor last night and lost the ball near enough every time it came to him. Too early to judge and regardless will still be a useful option to have, but as it stands Okenabirhie looks like he’s already nailed down the striker spot for the rest of the season.
-
If only we had him from the start of the season. However he's here now and DM has his man. Hats off to him for patiently waiting for who he thought was the right man for the team.
-
He looks a good player, finisher. I think he has a touch of Paul Heffernan about him, good touch and good finisher. I thought he worked really hard too.
-
He’s quicker than Heff, stronger, more direct & if he’s half as good he’ll be a cracking signing - I’m delighted DM has got Fejiri on a 2 year contract as opposed to Devante who seems to want those around him do the fighting & running for him
-
I got the impression that Cole was trying just a bit too hard, possibly to impress DM. He was trying pull backs with 2 or 3 around him and ending up losing the ball when perhaps a simple control snd hold was more appropriate
-
Cole had a few opportunities to play a simple ball then move into position to get a return or take a defender away, but never once did it.
The best way to impress Moore is to play for the team.
