I'm.getting a serious man-crush on Moore.

I don't care what his chit-chat interviews are like. When he talks tactics, he goes into another gear. And he seems to CARE which is the best thing of all.

O'Driscoll-esque when he talks about tactics and reading the game. Not the most enthusiastic in terms of delivery but the substance of what he says is fascinating.

I have a great deal of respect and confidence in DM, just like I did have in Sean.

HE JUST NEEDS TIME AND SUPPORT, THE FUTURE LOOKS GOOD.

It's great to hear of these little details. It really educates the young lads and makes them engage and take responsibility. Very much like SO'D who empowered players knowing they would have to take responsibility for the tactics they suggested.
