Yes lightening can strike twice . Even now some believe the games will take place on time. As we all recall back in 1939 they believed the war would be over by 1940 :suicide:

it turns out things weren't as simple as the header suggests  by war they meant an earlier war !!! couldn't get at the link earlier for the true facts.
