... to the Corona
Top bloke from Thorne - used to see him most games at home with his son. One of the friendliest men I have ever had the pleasure to know
Great guitar player and teacher which will narrow it down for locals to Thorne
I wont name him yet but its true (sadly) :crying: :scarf:
-
Oh and I meant to say ffs STAY IN
-
Did he live on Broadway years ago?
-
Not entirely sure but if you look at The Old Vault on Facebook they are paying a tribute to him
Pity about the Photo as it doesnt do him justice
Then you can look at his Homepage with photos of Keepmoat etc
-
Can’t say I recognise him RIP
-
Very sad, commiserations to his family and friends.

A very talented musician. RIP.

One of the guys / fans I regret not getting to know better
Revered by his Pupils - not seen a bad word written about him.
Also a Rovers fan - used to be in West Stand about on 18 yard box mostly. I wont post photos but there are lots on his Facebook Photo page in Rovers kit and in his Guitar playing mode on stage in "Beyond Thunder"
RIP Paul

I knew Paul very well, one of the most genuine and wonderful bloke you could ever meet, always had a smile on his face. Great musician too, he will be sadly missed.
-
Really sad news, Paul was a regular at the Keepmoat with fellow musicians my brother Paul & uncle Pip. my brother Paul & Paul were best friends. I met Paul once through my brother at a gig, terrific guitarist who also had a stage presence & funny with it. My deepest condolences to family & friends.

Did your brother once play on Drums with Blue and Sue? And Paul Lawson?
-
No Filo, I played keyboard with Blue, Sue & Pete, drummer was Blues brother Andy. My brother played with several bands as drummer, one of which included the late Paul.

I’m sure I’ve seen a picture of what I think is your brother playing drums with a band called Rhythm Incorporated, at a street party for the Queens silverJubilee
EDIT
Just found the picture, the drummer was Sue’s brother Rob
-
Yes that was the band, I joined later, don't recall when Andy became the drummer.
